Matt joined ConstructConnect in July of 2021. Prior to ConstructConnect, Matt served as Deltek’s Senior Vice President of Global Sales with oversight of the global sales teams and reciprocating sales efforts. He has a rich history of leading successful global teams in sales, professional services, and operations to reach new milestones and aggressive growth targets. Matt holds a business degree from Penn State University and resides in New York City with his family. He is also active within his community and serves as a trustee forCommunity Access, a nonprofit that supports housing and social services for people with mental health concerns.
At ConstructConnect, Howard drives customer sales and market share growth for our building product manufacturer team, focusing on sales innovation, customer acquisition, retention, and competitive strategies. Howard joined ConstructConnect in 2018 with a successful track record driving commercial success, developing strategies for growth, optimizing business consolidation and creating innovative outreach initiatives, specifically for the manufacturing and industrial markets. Howard earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Currently, an active community member in Atlanta where he lives with the three most important family members in his life, including his Pitbull, Ruby Jean.
Buck joined ConstructConnect in April 2018 after leading the Finance, Administrative, and Data Science teams at Roper Technologies subsidiary DAT Solutions, a SaaS platform connecting freight brokers with trucking capacity. Prior to this role, Buck led the finance team at Roper Technologies subsidiary Inovonics Wireless, a leader in high-performance wireless sensor networks for commercial and life safety applications. Buck started his career with Roper Technologies as a financial analyst in the corporate headquarters, providing business unit performance analysis, due diligence, and valuation research. Earlier in his career, he worked in the U.S Senate and at Prologue Capital. He holds both an M.B.A and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
As Executive Vice President of Information and Data Operations for ConstructConnect, Todd Ciganek is responsible for the management of all editorial content operations for the U.S.-based and offshore research teams. His teams deliver the most complete, accurate, and actionable preconstruction data for thousands of customers worldwide. He joined the company in 2011 and brought with him more than 25 years of experience in operations management, strategic planning, and editorial content acquisition/development. Prior to joining ConstructConnect, Todd served as Fox News Midwest Bureau Chief where he coordinated the efforts of all reporting staff, investigated news tips, researched stories, and delivered information to meet publication and broadcast deadlines. Leveraging his industry and editorial experience, Todd is focused on optimizing ConstructConnect’s data collection strategy and ensuring that our customers receive the best quality and most accurate construction project information available.
Doug Dockery is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for ConstructConnect, overseeing IT, application development, DevOps, QA, data management, and our Agile Transformation Office. Prior to joining ConstructConnect, Doug served as a global technology and digital transformation leader for LeadingAgile, CentralSquare Technologies, CA Technologies, Rally Software, and a number of other organizations. A native Floridian, Doug resides in the Orlando, Florida area with his family. He is also active within the Central Florida community by serving a number of area nonprofits.
詹妮弗•约翰on is the Chief Product Officer (CPO) for ConstructConnect, overseeing Product Management, Product Marketing, User Experience, and Research. Since joining the company in 2008, Jennifer has provided leadership to the Product Management, Product Development, and Marketing teams. She has a passion for solving complicated problems and continuously enhancing the user experience. Jennifer has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and an MBA, both from Georgia Tech.

As Senior Vice President of Operations at ConstructConnect, Stacy partners with the leadership team to drive alignment around and successful execution of strategic priorities. She specializes in helping high-growth software and technology companies scale, building high-performing teams, and increasing their capability to succeed. Prior to joining ConstructConnect in August 2021, Stacy served as the VP of Revenue Operations for DealerSocket, an automotive industry software company now a part of Solera. She also brings experience in operations, Agile business planning, learning and development, and communications. She earned a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Adult Education from Boston University and a B.A. in Communication from Northern Arizona University.
Hope is the Chief People Officer at ConstructConnect, responsible for employee engagement and creating and maintaining the companywide culture. Hope brings over 25 years of HR experience to ConstructConnect, along with a deep passion for coaching, problem-solving, and building trusted relationships. Before joining ConstructConnect, Hope built a multi-approach coaching program at Deltek, making coaching available to all employees, strengthening talent, and continuously developing leadership. Hope is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and has her PHR and Coaching Certifications. She stays active in her community and enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, friends, and dogs in her free time.
As the Chief Revenue Officer for ConstructConnect, Terah leads all Go-to-Market functions including Business Development, New Sales, Customer Success, and Support. Throughout her career, Terah has proved to be a leader that delivers on revenue growth, exceeds customer expectations, and builds corporate culture. Prior to joining ConstructConnect, Terah spent 9 years with iSqFt where she held a variety of sales and leadership roles in the subcontractor and manufacturer businesses. She has worked in the construction technology industry for more than 17 years and brings that wealth of knowledge and experience to lead our GTM teams. Terah is a graduate of Ohio State University and resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with her family.
